Water Recycling Plant Upgraded with FRP Grating and Handrails
Treadwell presented an effective solution of FRP handrails and grating for serving the purpose of designing and delivering a refurbished portion of the Parklea water recycling plant.
These plants are known to process some of the most highly aggressive and corrosive liquids to travel through any piping system and a commonality in these cases is that the resulting corrosion is a major issue. Maintenance further down the road is affected by severe corrosion.
The management team, as well as the client, were satisfied with the high performance and durability after the FRP grating and handrails were installed. This is due to the fact that FRP is non-corrosive, lightweight, and low in maintenance and was obviously installed easily.
